Abstract: This rule would amend the section 608 rule on refrigerant recycling equipment intended for use with substitute refrigerants. Recovery equipment is specific to the refrigerant. As new refrigerants enter the market, and therefore new equipment to capture those refrigerants enter the market, this rule must be updated to reflect that new equipment. | |
