Title: Grants to Institutions of Higher Education, Hospitals, and Other Non-Profit Organizations Requirements
Abstract: This rulemaking would amend the Department's regulations on uniform administrative requirements for grants and agreements with institutions of Higher Education, Hospitals and other Non-profit Organizations. Specifically, the DOT would revise the regulations to make requirements for these grants and agreements consistent with the uniform administrative requirements for grants and cooperative agreements to state and local governments. In addition, this rulemaking would update references to applicable cost principles for grants and cooperative agreements with state and local governments and for grants and other agreements with institutions of higher education, hospitals and other non-profit organizations that appear in current DOT regulations.
