Title: +Hazardous Materials: Miscellaneous Packaging Amendments 
Abstract: This rulemaking would add provisions for Large Packagings and revise the specification requirements for non-bulk packagings and portable tanks. This rulemaking would address issues raised through enforcement actions and requests for clarification of the regulations by packaging manufacturers, third-party labs, and shippers. Also, this action would address packaging closures, design modifications that may or may not require recertification.
