Title: FHA Condominium Ownership Mortgage Insurance for Manufactured Homes (FR-5158) 
Abstract: Housing Administration (FHA) condominium ownership mortgage insurance. HUD's current regulations do not allow manufactured homes to be insured as individually owned condominium units. In extending FHA condominium insurance to manufactured homes, HUD hopes to expand the use of a valuable affordable housing alternative.
