Title: Enrollment and Copayments 
Abstract: This document proposes to amend the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) medical regulations regarding determinations concerning eligibility for enrollment in the VA health care system and for purposes of determining when a veteran is required to make copayments for such health care. This is intended to more fully reflect statutory authority and to make the regulations more efficient.
