Title: Servicemembers' Group Life Insurance Traumatic Injury Protection Program 
Abstract: The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) is amending its ServicemembersÂ’ Group Life Insurance traumatic injury protection program (TSGLI) regulations (38 CFR 9.20 et al.) in order to include additional losses that will be covered under the program. The amendment revises the text of the Schedule of Losses to reflect the new losses added by this rule. The amendment clarifies language for already existing program provisions. It also adds, reorganizes and revises several definitions governing the program to make them easier to identify and understand, for both the medical community and the general public.
