Title: Amendment To Lead Paint Ban Standard
Abstract: Section 101(f)(1) of the Consumer Product Safety Improvement Act of 2008 (CPSIA), Public Law 110-314, 122 Stat. 3016 (August 14, 2008), requires the Commission to modify 16 CFR section 1303.1 of the lead paint ban from 600 ppm to 90 ppm by August 14, 2009. A final rule was published in the Federal Register in December 2008.
