Title: Update of Existing Filing Fees 
Abstract: The Commission is updating its existing fees for filing petitions, complaints, agreements, special docket applications, applications for OTI license status changes or license transfers, applications for special permission, requests to correct service contracts or NVOCC service arrangements, and applications for passenger vessel certificates (casualty). The current fees to purchase the Commission’s Registered Persons Index and agreement database report are also being revised. In addition, the Commission is updating its fees for various public information services, such as record searches, document copying, certification of documents, and admissions to practice. These fees reflect current costs to the Commission.
