Title: Nondiscrimination in Federally Assisted Programs 
Abstract: The purpose of this rule is to implement Federal statutes that prohibit credit unions that receive Federal financial assistance from discriminating on certain bases. Draft regulations are under review with other Federal agencies whose concurrence is necessary before NCUA can proceed.
