Title: Pay Administration Under the Fair Labor Standards Act | |
Abstract: The U.S. Office of Personnel Management is issuing proposed regulations to revise the regulatory provisions dealing with the crediting of travel time as hours of work for Federal employees who are covered by the overtime pay provisions of the Fair Labor Standards Act of 1938, as amended. These revisions reflect various court decisions and former Federal Personnel Manual guidance, and also respond to questions and comments from users of the current regulations. | |
