| Abstract: The Court Services and Offender Supervision Agency for the District of Columbia is amending its regulations on exemptions claimed for the Pretrial Services Agency. This amendment is necessary to conform the regulations to proposed revisions to the systems of records, including the removal of outdated systems of records, the addition of others, and the amendment of certain existing systems of records. The exemptions being claimed for the revised systems of records and their justifications do not differ from the exemptions claimed for the pertinent current systems and their justifications. | |
