Abstract: The Commission proposed amending Rule 15c2-12 under section 15 of the Exchange Act to delete the reference to the Municipal Securities Rulemaking Board (MSRB) as a recipient of material event notices filed by municipal securities issuers. The Commission subsequently withdrew this proposal in connection with adopting amendments to Rule 15c2-12 in RIN Number 3235-AK20.
