Title: Matching Requirements for Formula Funds at the 1890 Land-Grant Institutions and at the 1862 Land-Grant Institutions in the District of Columbia and the Insular Areas 
Abstract: Passage of the Food, Conservation, and Energy Act of 2008, sections 7404 and 7417, and the Farm Security and Rural Investment Act of 2002, sections 7212 and 7213, has changed the matching requirements for the 1890 Land-Grant Institutions and the 1862 Land-Grant Institutions in the District of Columbia and the insular areas. Issues regarding the use of matching funds, sources of matching funds, and matching waivers for the 1890 Land-Grant Institutions and the 1862 Land-Grant Institutions in the District of Columbia and the insular areas need to be clarified.
