| Title: Payment Eligibility and Payment Limitation | |
| Abstract: The 2008 Farm Bill requires the implementation of new payment eligibility and payment limitation provisions applicable to most all commodity, price support, and conservation programs. To be effective for the 2009 crop, program or fiscal year, we issued an interim rule to implement the new provisions and provide for specific payment limits for affected programs; payment limitation control by attribution to the individual; Adjusted Gross Income limitation requirements for payment recipients; and other eligibility criteria that include actively engaged in farming requirements, minor child provisions, and payments to estates. | |
