Title: Common Crop Insurance Regulations, Apple Crop Insurance Provisions 
Abstract: The purpose of this rule is to revise the Apple Crop Provisions to clarify how production to count for appraised and harvested production on acreage designated as fresh apple acreage is determined under section 14 (Optional Coverage for Fresh Fruit Quality Adjustment). The current language is unclear and if misinterpreted may cause inequities in calculating crop insurance indemnities.
