Abstract: The rewrite and renumbering of 7 CFR 1942, subpart G to 7 CFR 4284, subpart B will incorporate public law changes and clarify administrative regulatory procedures and guidelines in order to improve program administration. Administrative directions provided by the National Office to the field staff will be included in the permanent regulation.
