Title: Regional Equity 
Abstract: Regional Equity creates a funding floor for each State for title II programs listed under the Food Security Act of 1985, as amended (with the exception of the Conservation Reserve Program, Wetlands Reserve Program, and Conservation Security Program), considering respective demand in each program in each State. Regional equity also requires a review and update of program allocation formulas by January 1, 2012.
