Title: Registration, 5-Year Terms 
Abstract: GIPSA is proposing to amend an existing regulation under the Packers and Stockyards Act concerning registration of market agencies and dealers. The proposed amendment would modify the current registration requirements to establish a five-year term for registrations. Under the current regulations, there is no expiration or renewal process for registrations. The proposed amendment would require regulated entities to renew their registration every five years.
