Title: School Food Safety: Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Point System | |
Abstract: In response to Public Law 108-265, which amended the Richard B. Russell National School Lunch Act, the National School Lunch Program and School Breakfast Program regulations will be revised to require that school food authorities implement a school food safety program for the preparation and service of meals that complies with any "hazard analysis and critical control point" system established by USDA through guidance, training, and technical assistance.
