Title: Direct Final Rule Process
Abstract: This rulemaking would redefine the FAA´s direct final rule process. It would allow the FAA to more effectively address adverse comments received during the direct final rule comment period. This change would streamline our process and more efficiently service both the aviation industry and the flying public.
