Title: Removal of Regulations Allowing for Polished Frost on Wings of Airplanes 
Abstract: This rulemaking would remove provisions that currently allow for operations with polished frost on the wings of airplanes operated under parts 91, 125, and 135. The rulemaking would increase safety by eliminating polished frost as a potential takeoff hazard.
