Title: ●Use of Certain Portable Oxygen Concentrator Devices Onboard Aircraft
Abstract: This rule would allow passengers to voluntarily furnish and use four additional types of Portable Oxygen Concentrators (POCs) in addition to the current approved list of POCs for use on aircraft. This action is necessary to authorize additional POCs. The effect of this action would respond to petitions for rulemaking from certain POC companies. This action is parallel to the current regulations that already allow passengers to voluntarily furnish and use seven types of POCs on aircraft.
