Title: Amend Appendix D (Track Charges) of NHTSA's Consumer Information Regulations on Uniform Tire Quality Grading 
Abstract: This rulemaking would amend at 49 CFR Part 575.104 Appendix D--User Fees, consumer information regulation on uniform tire quality grading by updating fees currently charged for use of traction skid pads at NHTSA's San Angelo, TX, facility and eliminating fee provisions for course monitoring tires, which are no longer supplied by NHTSA. This rulemaking would not change vehicle safety standards.
