Title: Veterinary Medicine Loan Repayment Act Program 
Abstract: Section 7105 of the Food, Conservation, and Energy Act of 2008, amended section 1415A of the National Agricultural Research, Extension, and Teaching Policy Act of 1977 to require USDA to promulgate regulations within 270 days of enactment for the Veterinary Medicine Loan Repayment Program. This rule establishes the policies and procedures for the Veterinary Medicine Loan Repayment Program, which includes the application process, agreement process, terms and conditions of awards, and monitoring and oversight of agreements.
