Title: ●Changes in Fees for Voluntary Meat Grading and Certification Services, LS-09-0001 
Abstract: The Agricultural Marketing Service is increasing fees pertaining to Voluntary Meat Grading and Certification Services. This action is necessary to ensure that the program remains financially self-sufficient and viable. Currently, the program is operating at a loss. This multi-year increase will provide a consistent flow of revenue and stabilize operating reserve balances, leaving the program with a sufficient operating reserve balance to continue providing grading and certification services.
