Abstract: The Food Safety and Inspection Service (FSIS) is proposing to amend the meat, poultry, and egg product inspection regulations to provide an electronic export application and certification process that will be available for a fee. FSIS is also proposing to provide establishments that export meat, poultry, and egg products with flexibility in the official export inspection marks, devices used, and how the products are marked for export. In addition, FSIS is proposing egg product export regulations that parallel the meat and poultry export regulation. | |
