Title: Amendment to General Bridge Regulations [USCG-2008-1188] 
Abstract: This rulemaking would define the terms "Unreasonable Obstruction to Navigation" and "Unused or Abandoned Bridges," and clarify the use of these terms as applied to the Coast Guard's ability to require the owner to remove a bridge that is no longer used for land transportation purposes.
