Title: New Source Performance Standards (NSPS) Review 
Abstract: The goal of EPA's New Source Performance Standards (NSPS) Review under CAA section 111(b)(1)(B) is to address our obligation to review and revise each NSPS at a minimum of every 8 years. The review will outline criteria which the Agency believes indicates that a standard remains effective and need not be reviewed. The strategy also seeks to minimize the administrative burden of the NSPS program by initially addressing those NSPS that remain effective based on "readily available information" and do not need to be revised.
