Title: NESHAP: Gasoline Distribution; Amendments--Area Source Standard 
Abstract: On January 10, 2008, EPA issued final national emission standards for hazardous air pollutants for gasoline distribution area source bulk terminals, bulk plants, pipeline facilities, and gasoline dispensing facilities. Subsequently, we received two petitions for reconsideration from industry to clarify some applicability and implementation provisions of the final rule. On December 15, 2009, we proposed amendments to address the issues raised by the petitioners as well as compliance-related questions raised by other stakeholders. This action is to consider public comments on the proposed amendments, and develop and issue final amendments.
