Abstract: This action will make revisions to the rule for implementing the 1997 8-hour ozone National Ambient Air Quality Standards (NAAQS) that addresses how the Clean Air Act section 185 penalty fee provisions apply under the anti-backsliding provisions of the implementation rule will be addressed through individual SIP FR notices.
