Abstract: The Rural Utilities Service proposes to implement a new renewable energy system "project loan program" to complement the agency's existing "system loan program." The project loan program will be distinguished from other agency loan programs in that it is intended to only furnish permanent financing to RE Act qualified renewable energy producers.
