Title: Chronic Wasting Disease in Elk and Deer; Interstate Movement Restrictions and Payment of Indemnity 
Abstract: This rulemaking will establish a herd certification program for, and requirements for the interstate movement of farmed or captive deer, elk, and moose and provide indemnity for the depopulation of farmed or captive deer, elk, and moose that have been infected with, or exposed to, chronic wasting disease (CWD).
