Title: TSCA Section 8(d) Health and Safety Data Reporting Rules 
Abstract: These rules require chemical manufacturers, importers, and processors to submit unpublished health and safety data on chemicals added to the Toxic Substances Control Act (TSCA) section 8(d) Health and Safety Data Reporting Rule (40 CFR part 716). These chemicals have been identified by the Office of Pollution Prevention and Toxics (OPPT), other EPA offices, and other Federal agencies, as well as recommended for testing consideration by the Interagency Testing Committee (ITC). This Regulatory Agenda entry serves as a placeholder for future rules, and, when applicable, identifies the most recent rules and any anticipated rules.
