Abstract: The Food, Conservation, and Energy Act of 2008 (FCEA) amended section 7405(c) of the Farm Security and Rural Investment Act of 2002. This subpart will establish program-specific administrative provisions for the Beginning Farmer and Rancher Development Program (BFRDP).
