Title: Common Crop Insurance Regulations; Forage Seed Crop Provisions 
Abstract: The purpose of this proposed rule is to solicit public comments on FCIC's proposed action to convert the Forage Seed Pilot Crop Insurance Program to a permanent program for the 2012 and succeeding crop years. The Forage Seed Pilot Program began in the 2002 crop year in 10 counties in the states of California, Idaho, Montana, Nevada, Oregon, Washington and Wyoming.
