Abstract: FCIC is proposing to remove subpart C, Mutual Consent Cancellation and subpart F, Food Security Act of 1985, Implementation and Denial of Benefits and incorporate those provisions into subpart U, Ineligibility for Programs Under the Federal Crop Insurance Act to eliminate redundancies, improve clarity, remove and update obsolete references.
