Title: ●Common Crop Insurance Regulations; Extra Long Staple Cotton Crop Insurance Provisions 
Abstract: This rule will revise the Extra Long Staple (ELS) Cotton Crop Provisions to remove all references to the Daily Spot Cotton Quotation and replace the reference with the Extra Long Staple Cotton National Average Loan Rate published by the Farm Service Agency (FSA), incorporate a current Special Provisions of Insurance statement into the Crop Provisions, and will align the Extra Long Staple Cotton Crop Provisions with the American Upland Cotton Crop Provisions.
