Title: Modification of Construction Contract Thresholds 
Abstract: The Rural Utilities Service is proposing to amend the contract threshold amounts that require borrowers to use certain agency mandated contract forms and to amend the threshold amounts that require advance agency review of contracts. The agency is also raising the thresholds for using certain required procurement methods for materials, equipment and contract services that otherwise would require agency prior approval.
