Title: Establishing Regulations for the Federal-State Marketing Improvement Program, TM-09-0005 | |
Abstract: The Agricultural Marketing Service (AMS) is establishing regulations that would establish a Federal-State Marketing Improvement Program. The proposed regulations would detail grant policies, procedures and requirements including program purpose and scope, eligibility criteria, application procedures, review and award processes, etc. The proposed regulations would also provide potential applicants an understanding of the program objectives and procedures that would enable the AMS to administer the program effectively and efficiently. Also, the program would assist agricultural producers and agribusinesses at the State, regional, and national level. | |
