Title: DoD Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) Program Regulation (DoD 5400.07-R) 
Abstract: This rule provides guidance on the implementation of the Freedom of Information Act, as amended by the Electronic Freedom of Information Act Amendments of 1996. The amendments will ensure appropriate agency disclosure of information and offer consistency with the goals of section 552 of title 5, United States Code.
