Title: DoD Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) Program; Amendment (DoD Directive 5400.07) 
Abstract: The Department of Defense is proposing to update current policies and procedures to reflect the DoD FOIA Program as prescribed by Executive Order 13392. The changes will ensure appropriate agency disclosure of information and offer consistency with the goals of section 552 of title 5, United States Code.
