Title: Performance Specification 4C--Specifications and Test Procedures for Low-Level Carbon Monoxide Continuous Emission Monitoring Systems in Stationary Sources
Abstract: This performance specification (PS) would be used to evaluate the acceptability of low-level carbon monoxide (CO) continuous emission monitoring systems (CEMS). Our existing performance specifications for CO (PS 4, 4A, and 4B) are unable to accommodate low CO levels. This performance specification would be necessary to evaluate CEMS used to monitor low CO limits that may be specified in upcoming regulations for boilers and incinerators.
