Title: ●2011 Technical Corrections, Clarifying and Other and Amendments to Certain Provisions of the Mandatory Reporting of Greenhouse Gases Rule
Abstract: This action would make technical corrections and other minor amendments to requirements of the Greenhouse Gas Mandatory Reporting rules that were finalized in 2010. The corrections and amendments are mostly clarifying in nature to ensure that the rules can be implemented by owners and operators of facilities as intended and will address questions raised by reporters during implementation. This action would make relatively minor changes that ease implementation. It would not fundamentally change the structure of the program or its requirements.
