Title: ●Farm Loan Programs, Clarification and Improvement
Abstract: FSA will propose amendments to Farm Loan Programs (FLP) regulations for loan servicing including to following areas: • Real estate appraisals; • The lease, subordination, and disposition of security; and • Conservation contracts. FSA also proposes additional technical and conforming amendments. The amendments are generally limited to technical corrections, clarifications, and procedural improvements that will allow FSA to further streamline normal servicing activities and reduce burden on borrowers while still protecting the loan security.
