| Abstract: This rule establishes detailed procedural guidance for evaluating whether to grant access to classified information. It is DoD policy that all proceedings provided for by this part shall be conducted in a fair and impartial manner, in compliance with Executive Order 10865 and 32 CFR part 155, and in a manner that gives all applicants for a security clearance notice and an opportunity to be heard, consistent with the need to preserve the integrity of classified information and to protect the national interest. | |
