Title: Segregation of Lands--Renewable Energy 
Abstract: This interim final rule would allow the BLM to segregate BLM lands included in any wind or solar energy application for a period not to exceed five years. This rule is necessary to protect BLM lands under renewable energy application from the filing of "nuisance" mining claims.
