Title: ●Renewable Energy and Alternate Uses of Existing Facilities on the OCS--Timing Requirements for Submission of Plans
Abstract: This rule will provide a preliminary term of 12 months to submit a Site Assessment Plan (SAP) or General Activities Plan for renewable energy leases and grants on the Outer Continental Shelf (OCS). This gives additional time for applicants to submit plans. It strikes a balance between promoting activity on renewable energy leases and the needs of renewable energy developers.
