Title: National Wildlife Refuge System; Rights-of-Way General Regulations 
Abstract: We are revising our rights-of-way (ROW) general regulations for the National Wildlife Refuge System to: (1) Correct or add addresses of some Service regional offices, and (2) to correct information about Congressional Committees we must notify when we receive ROW applications for oil and gas pipelines before we grant ROW.
