Title: Endangered and Threatened Wildlife and Plants; Removal of the Valley Elderberry Longhorn Beetle From the List of Endangered and Threatened Wildlife
Abstract: We are proposing to remove the Valley elderberry longhorn beetle from the List of Endangered and Threatened Wildlife, due to recovery. This decision is based on the completed 5-year review for the species. Current knowledge of the life history, status, and threats to the beetle indicates that the beetle no longer meets the definition of threatened. This species is found in California's Central Valley.
