Title: Endangered and Threatened Wildlife and Plants; Designation of Critical Habitat for the Mississippi Gopher Frog 
Abstract: We will finalize a proposal to designate critical habitat for the Mississippi gopher frog (Rana capito sevosa) under the Endangered Species Act of 1973, as amended. The species originally occurred in Alabama, Louisiana, and Mississippi, but is now only known to occur in Mississippi. This action will comply with a court-approved settlement agreement.
